Bro Wayne Lear has been appointed as the Director of Dining of The Sydney Lodge 1020.
Traditionally, the Festive Board was organized by the Junior Warden of the Lodge.
However, the Hallmark of our Lodge states that this duty is to be delegated to GMDC.
As there is no definition of GMDC in the Hallmark, we decided to call this position the Director of Dining.
Wayne in his former life was a Teppan Yaki Chef in Japan. He has a wealth of knowledge in the catering industry, has organized a number of large charity events, and will be a great asset to the Lodge as the Director of Dining.
